Chai Tea Mix
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non dairy creamer
1 cup french vanilla flavored non dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 teas. ground ginger
2 teas.ground cinnamon
1 teas. ground cloves
1 teas. ground cardamom
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non airy creamer, vanilla creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time until mixture is the consistency of fine powder.
To serve: Stir 2 heaping tables. of mix in a cup of hot water.

Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup milk
2 tables. Chocolate Nestle Nesquick Syrup
3 tables. caramel ice cream topping
1 tables. Tasters Choice 100% pure instant coffee
Place water, milk, Nesquick, caramel topping and instant coffee in microwave safe dish. Micr. on high power for 2 to 3 mins. or until hot. Stir and serve.

Cocoa Sleigh Ride
3 heaping teas. or 1 envelope instant cocoa
3 tabls. whipped cream
1 tabls. red and green candy sprinkles
1 cherry
In a large mug, pour 6 or 8 ozs. of hot water over instant cocoa. Mix well. poon whipped cream on top. Top with sprinkles and a cherry!

Friendship Tea
1/2 cup instant tea powder
1 cup sweetened lemonade powder
1 cup orange drink mix like Tang
1 teas. ground cinnamon
1/2 teas. ground cloves
In a large bowl, combine instant tea, lemonade, orange drink. Mix cinnamon and cloves and add. Mix well. Store in an airtight container.
To serve: Put 2 to 3 teas. in a mug and stir in 1 cup boiling water. Adjust to your taste.

White Chocolate Drink With Gingerbread Spice
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup plus 5 tabls. sugar
3 large egg yolks
3 1/2 cups milk
pinch of salt
5 ozs. white chocolate baking bars,4 ozs. finely chopped, 1oz. finely grated
1/2 teas. pure vanilla extract
1/2 teas. each: ground ginger, cinnamon and ground cloves
2 teas. sugar
Combine cream and 3 tabls. sugar and whip. Cover and refrigerate.
Meanwhile, place remaining 1/2 cup plus 2 tabls. sugar in heavy saucepan. Whisk in egg yolks and milk. Cookover medium heat, stirring almost constantly, until mixture thickens slightly. (do not boil) About 10 mins. Add a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to very low and add 4 ozs. chopped white chocolate a small handful at a time, stirring constantly. When chocolate has melted, remove pan from heat and add 1/2 teas. vanilla. Mix spices and 2 teas. sugar; reserve.
To serve; divide hot chocolate between smallish mugs or heatproof glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle some spice-sugar and grated white chocolate over and serve.

Hot Buttered Apple Cider
1 - 16 oz. bottle Apple Cider
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teas. ground nutmeg
1/2 teas. ground allspice
In a slow cooker over low heat, cook cider with maple syrup for 20 mins. In a small bowl, combine butter, nutmeg and allspice. Mix well. Pour cider into mugs and top with a teas. of spiced butter.
