Dragon Fire

1 1/2 ozs. 151 Rum
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
6 oz. Apple Juice
7 - 12 drops Hot Sauce

Fill a glass half way with ice. Add apple juice then 151 Rum, followed by Cinnamon Schnapps. Add a few drops of hot sauce. Stir and drink!

Fairy Kiss

1 part Sprite
1 part Everclear
Mix and enjoy!

Irish Monkey

1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Banana Liquer
In a shot glass place Banana Liquer. Top with Bailey's Irish cream. Easy shot!

Italian Triple

1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Frangelico
Heavy cream - unwhipped
Pour 1/2 oz. Amaretto, 1/2 oz. Frangelico into a shot glass. Either pour cream slowly over the back of a spoon to layer on top of the liquer or mix cream thoroughly into the layers. When unmixed, it gives a slightly alcoholic, cool contrast. When mixed, it's smooth, nutty, cool & creamy.

Nutty Irishman

1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
1 part Frangelico
1 part Kahlua
1 part Amaretto
1 part Irish Whiskey
Mix and serve over ice.

Sinful Zen

2/3 glass White Zinfandel
1/3 glass 7 Up or Sprite
